On Wednesday, 12 November 2025, we signed a contract with Billfold POS to migrate all four of IMP’s DC venues to Billfold for operations. This document will be the hub of our transition process.
On Friday, 21 November 2025, we held the initial introduction meetings with Billfold POS and members of staff at each of our venues to introduce all parties.
On Thursday, 4 December 2025, we held the Bar Data Kickoff with Patrick and Roberta from IMP, and Alex and Katya from Billfold. Tax rates and Discounts were completed in the meeting. Patrick and Roberta are engaged in filling out the inventory items for each venue sheet
On Thursday, 4 December 2025, we completed Stripe account setup for all four venues, allowing the backend processes to be created to host our tenants.
On Tuesday, 9 December 2025, we completed the Kickoff for Gift Cards with Guillaume, Jason, and Tom. Artwork is due Friday, December 19th, with cards to be produced.
On Wednesday, 17 December 2025, we received our sample tablet so that Roberta and Patrick can work to build menus
On Thursday, 18 December 2025 we conducted our Reporting and Finance Kickoff that will help prepare the menu categories and unlock our ability to create items. Three concerns resulted from that meeting: inability to manually batch transactions, and scheduling end of day. There is also a need to confirm that the Sustainability Fee as a single flat fee per check will be available for launch.
On Friday, 19 December 2025, we completed artwork for the new gift card systems
On Tuesday, 23 December 2025, we got confirmation from Billfold about processing times (5am), Per-check fees for launch, with a website to check balances for gift cards coming in February.
