On Wednesday, 12 November 2025, we signed a contract with Billfold POS to migrate all four of IMP’s DC venues to Billfold for operations. This document will be the hub of our transition process.
On Friday, 21 November 2025, we held the initial introduction meetings with Billfold POS and members of staff at each of our venues to introduce all parties.
On Thursday, 4 December 2025, we held the Bar Data Kickoff with Patrick and Roberta from IMP, and Alex and Katya from Billfold. Tax rates and Discounts were completed in the meeting. Patrick and Roberta are engaged in filling out the inventory items for each venue sheet
On Thursday, 4 December 2025, we completed Stripe account setup for all four venues, allowing the backend processes to be created to host our tenants.
